Down Sizing
About six years ago we decided to down size and move into a condo. Our home for 39 years was listed in the fall of the year. Little did we know the market was on the down turn and our house took longer to sell then expected and we lost the condo in NoHo that we wanted. We moved to an apartment and continued looking for the “right” place. We met Ken Marker in Studio City and he showed us his inventory and offered his advice with little or no pressure. We finally made a choice of place in Woodland Hills which not represented by Ken. We made our offer and was accepted. When it came time to closed; we were told no deal as the project did not have enough units to close and the project was selling as apartments. Upon this disap- pointment we purchase another home that was too large
